TG is *very* agglutinative, so it wouldn't be a prospect.
If you want to make a not-too agglutinative language (I assume you mean
you don't want too many affixes on the same word), you'll experience
some difficulties for compounds or complex concepts. Making it self-
segregating should be easy: place the stress on the last syllable of
the root (if you use suffixes) or on the first one (if you use prefixes).
Or raise tone when the root begins, and make it fall on its last syllable.
