Jeez, the languages is just a few days old, and already another change.
Okay, the dotted letters are to be written with an apostrophe, that is,
where I'd had <gh> will now be <g'>. <ch> will be <ç>, just cause I
like that letter, but <c'> would be a legitimate varient.
<h> will be used as in Italian, that is, while <gi> = /dzi/, <ghi> will
be /Gi/.
