At 38, Douglas is slowly coasting into the 40s. Hmm, let's

Géarthnuns is now 24 Jahre alt.

A fave word in Géarthnuns is "swö", an adverb which is used to
cushion a negative statement that might be unpleasant to the
listener. It often translates in English as "I'm sorry" or "I'm
afraid that...":

Fenfe la va helkedípsav ba nadíkadiz swö akraikh.
you-nom/neg  present the-neg there-loc/neg BA enter swö be.permitted
I'm afraid you can't go in there.
I'm sorry, you can't go in there.

And, of course, there's "bwösemöls", "zenning out with the animals".
