ecxopic baob

The trouble with spam when I'm reading this list is that so much of it
sounds like a new language invention.  This letter I got, subject header
"ecxopic baob," sent from one "adenapickos," is the usual ad for viagra.
What a disappointment.
Anybody care to guess what this means?  Excopic baob.  Now what could that
have to do with sex, virility, performance, enlargement, impotence, or what
have you?  Perhaps it has talismanic, apotropaic, or other magical
references.  How would its words parse?  What ethnic background would Mr. or
Ms. Adenapickos come from, and how would we pronounce the name?  Maybe it's
an ANAGRAM!  Like the Jumble in the newspapers!  Call Robert Langdon!
