Yeah, both at the same time. The lexicon and grammar of Rhean are both
heavily "a posteriori", being ripped from numerous sources but butchered
enough to be barely or not at all recognisable. A site is under
construction and will be ready soon (really, it will!).

That's exactly what I did. Stuff I like from various languages plus my own
