(Sturnan) A os-vana kero eru asag vavana. The was-beautiful language now is more-beautiful (va[s]- and vana). "Os" is the stem of the copula in past tense. I'm not sure I like that construction, though. "A vana taiv kero eru asag vavana." The beautiful perfect-aspect-marker language now is more-beautiful. This implies that the language was beautiful, stopped being so, and is now more beautiful than it was originally. Still, I think I'd like to use a separate phrase for that bit. Since it's popular to be strange, I'll be odd by being normal. I'd like Sturnan to sound more like Italian. Is Italian developing into a tone language? How do tones evolve? Laimes, Wright.
