Well, for tips and info on coding and all that, try webmonkey.com . I go
there when i need to reference HTML tags and things of that nature. There
are also some good articles on design, java, and anything relating to HTML
(plus some complex instructions on coding).
I've decided to do all of my webpages by hand. It keeps me remembering
HTML, and I dont feel like such a cheater this way :).
