Deep Water: Re- Conlanging

Hey!  This one's a real beauty!  Do I see another
translation game around the corner?  Doug, you must
try this out in Skerre.  It has the added advantage
of being a precedent, a quotable quote, a relic of
reconstructed Nostratic by a linguist, and not just
something one of us makes up.  Not that that's bad,
at all, but this one should be on everyone's conlang
page who has any reason to support the study and
promotion of dead (and [re-]invented) languages.

Here it is in Teonaht:
