Well, I'm not sure what problem you're having. The links work fine
for me. Maybe David has some idea... Note that the current version
is just the first 'web-draft' of the grammar. There are *lots* of
bugs that need to be worked out and formatting problems that need to
be fixed, besides which I eventually want to get my own webpage so that I
can maintain the site myself and relieve David of that burden.
Unfortunately, that won't happen until January or February, since I'll be
leaving town for two weeks starting next Monday, and then when I get back
I'll be super-busy with work for a couple weeks more. But stay tuned in
'99 for corrections and improvements...

My first priority is to get all the bugs out of the current documentation.
Then I'll think about adding more. Putting up samples of the script
will necessitate finding a scanner somewhere. I'm having enough hardware
and software worries these days, I don't even want to *think* about that
yet... :-)
