Tokana web pages

   I offered to help Matt get his pages up on the web, and he took me up on
it, so I've created a directory on my site. That means anyone who wants to
can get a Tokana fix simply by accessing the grammar over the web.

I've only glanced at it enough to make minimally sure that it seems to
work, so send server problems to me. Markup or content problems to Matt, of
course.
