Yes, of course, because most of them fled before the Communists
instituted the simplification. And many of them, I daresay, chose
consciously to use TC because it overturned a link with the CCP. Now,
though, if the Chinese who're building roads in Sudan etc etc settle
down, it'll be SC they're using.
