It's a job for Peter Clark! He is the poll organiser of the list! :)) Hehe, in my last mail I exactly asked that :)) .

Well, it depends on the material you have, and what people want. If we go for a LaTeX based thing but want to accept more formats as entry, we need people to do the conversion (and I cannot do it alone). Even from RTF you still need to do hand conversion, if only to make the cross-references. Unless you can automatize that but I don't have the programming skills necessary for it :(( . Not that I cannot learn, but I just know that it would take so much time that the first issue couldn't be released before next year! :)) So anyone with any skills and material is more than welcome :)) .
