Ok, here we go

I said i'd work more on Saalangal, so here you go. It's what I have in PDF
format. It needs corrections so you may see some indiscrepencies (such as
the names of the three writing system styles mentioned).

Anyway, anything i set forth in this document will not be changed (unless
i make typos :)).

So there you go. Saalangal is something i should work on more, since it's
all my invention and not mostly done as with Montreiano.
