Using only English suffixes:
Dorese
Dorean
Dori
Dorinian
Doranine
But you might want to consider what this language's speakers call it. How
do they form adjectives from nouns, or genitives, or names of languages?
Something along those lines might sound good, or it might suggest an
alternate anglicization. And the name of a language doesn't have to come
from the name of a country. It could come from the name of a tribe, or a
city, or perhaps their word for "language".
