I guess, when it comes to taste, to each his own! :-)
(I just whipped up a batch of my "famous" [or infamous,
depending upon who you ask in my house ;-) ]
eggplant spread for lunch for the next few days
which depends heavily upon olive oil both for its
texture as well as its taste. That one I like; but like I
said previously, I think I'll pass on the olive-oil-popcorn! :-)
