You assume rightly: it's a Slavic form of Irene. As it is, "irenic" and "irenaeic" both exist, and both have to do with peace (I don't know the difference, and the dictionary that I think it's in seems to be in storage, we're moving house in less than a month). I'd go with "irenean" - "pacian" and any analogous thing I can think of sounds a bit too placid for me :-)
