We-ell, I'd be that someone, and in my non-native ideolect there's no difference between "you all" and "all of you". The plural of "you" is simply "you". The _shan eidh_ of the Tairezazh original is literally "you(pl) all", with the _eidh_ "all" only indicating that I'd adressing all my listeners/readers rather than any subset thereof. So, alternatively, one could give the English as "May each one of you live long".
