All in x-sampa, two vowels together should be a glide, /ts/ /tS/ and /tT/
are affricates.

NB: The most important thing to note about x-sampa is that /{/ is written
/&/ in most other systems and represents the IPA ae-ligature.  Everything
else is pretty sensible.

ERG - Ergative Case
PAST - Past perfect
G0 - Impersonal Gender (No agent, or agent unspecified)
G3 - Animate Gender
ABS - Absolute Case
JUSS - Jussive (pretty much = Imperative)
PHR - "Phrasal" sub clause.  Marks where an expected simple NP has been
replaced with a more complex phrase.

This sentance works equally well with or without the speech-marks.  With
them, it means:

God said "Let light be created".

Without them, it means:

God said that light was to be created.
