She at work = she's at the office now (punctual)
She be workin = she's usually working (habitual)
She done work = She has worked (completive)
She been work = She worked long ago (remote time)
He de cut wood = He usually cuts wood (Gullah)

And in English:
She is working at Sears (punctual)
She works at Sears (habitual)
She has worked at Sears (perfect)
She had worked at Sears (remote perfect)

Largely the same aspects, but having different
modes of employment.

That's the ideal situation given in my source
(and pretty close to observation), which
unhappily has to compress a couple centuries of
Gullah and Black English evolution into a few
pages.
