Well, in the bible, 'saint' merely means a Christian. So they were born
quite recently, I suppose. If you mean an 'official' saint...
According to the Catholics, the latest I can find is St. Pius X, who was
born in 1835, and died in 1914. He was Pope shortly before WWI.. There
could be more recent ones, though...
