I think the problem is that the tone of your criticisms
seems rather harsh.

I believe you and Henrik are both German, so maybe
in your culture that's okay, but to me, a UnitedStates-ian,
this kind of question seems rather insulting. It seems to
imply, "If you had any amount of intelligence, you'd
understand what I've been telling you."
