Elle a acheté la robe jaune et moi, j'ai acheté *la verte.*
Sie hat das gelbe Kleid gekauft und ich habe *das Grüne* gekauft.
Vestem flavam emit et ego *viridem* emi.
She bought the yellow dress and I bought the green (one).
It seems to me that I've read analyses that allow a grey, blurry area
between nouns and adjectives in the Eurolang realm. Doesn't the term
"substantive" come into play here? My memory is hazy.
