That would be funny only if the man was not one of the most powerful one in the
world... It reminds me when having a press conference with the French
President, a journalist asked a question to Bush about why he thought so many
people considered the United States arrogant, and then asked the same question
in French to Chirac, to which Bush exclaimed:
"Wowow! You learn three words of a foreign language to pretend that you're a
citizen of the world! Qué bueno!"
I would laugh if I didn't find that so pitiful...
