shoebox problem

For anyone familiar with SIL's Shoebox program, I have a question. (Hmm.
Seems like all I do on this list.) Anyway, does anyone know if there is way
to create a consistent changes table, or more broadly, does anyone know how
to export a file of the lexeme and gloss so that they're in two columns
separated by a tab?
