Hi Jenifer, I did a little minor surgery on an ascii export of the vocabulary file for NGL. Where I saw : //itm nglword (other stuff) //def vaibe I removed the leading slashes. The way I did this was to substitute a space for the two slashes. I think you could globally substitute a tab for the space after itm or def. For the entries between them, you could delete. I did this with the vi editor in unix using the substitute command, I hope you have access to it or maybe an ordinary word processor would do it. I have shoebox on my desktop but haven't gotten around to using it, someone else would have to help with that if there is a way. If you have vi and get stuck I could reference my manuals and write you a command. Good luck, Jerry
