Well, I could do something with Narbonósc I suppose. That would help me build
some vocabulary. Probably a recipe of escargots, but in a Southern manner :)
(with olive oil? :)) ). I still don't know how you say "snail" in Narbonósc. I
hope I kept the posts discussing the different words that evolved into words for
"snail" in different Romance languages. Right now I'm leaning towards the word
*scargole or *scargou(x) (don't know yet if the "x" will be there only in plural
or also in singular), corresponding to the Old French word "escargole", but I'm
not sure about it. I have to look more at what I already did...
