I once read that a native people meeting or something they had agreed on the
Kuna name for the continent: Abya-Yala. Some of the reasons: the Kuna are
just in the union of the two Americas: San Blass province in Panama (AKA
Kuna-Yala province), and they had a name for the continent(s) that does not
derive from "America" or just mean "world".
