The last time this thread came around, "the World Island" was found for
Eurafrasia and "the New World Island" for the Americas.  This is slightly
geonesse-centric, as the one isnt necessarily newer than the other, but mhrf.

Incidentally, /me wonders when the Americans officially discovered Europe.
