Take a look at the Denden Chancery script -

This script was bases on hPhags-pa (I didn't know anything about it at
the time I designed it, I merely had one photocopy of a fragment of a
text written in the script. Keep in mind that for technological purposes
I have turned the script 90 degrees counter-clockwise; it's meant to be
written top-down, right-left.
