This will probably change eventually, but for now i consider the
Rokbeigalmki alphabet to go according to the 'chart' that i made when i
first started writing up the vocabulary list. The letters near eachother
generally have some similarity - some of the rows are full sets, like in
Tolkien's Tengwar chart.
