Both are up on langmaker.com now. Check them out, if you're not busy. The
second is my attempt at a creole. It's a neat idea, which may be the same
as what went down here a few months ago (?). I took a set list of words and
then made a creole from those words and those words alone. The words contained
no grammar, of course, and I picked them based on what most pidgins have
words for (i.e., basic words). If the project I'm thinking of that happened way
back when was different, it might be a neat idea for a group to come together
and take a common set of "basic" words (there's bound to be disagreement about
what's basic and what isn't--I have arguments with myself about this), and
then everyone invents a creole from it, and then comparing/contrasting happens.
It's *kind of* like the Ardalang project (remember *that*?), but focusing on
creoles. Anyway, that's it. Though I would like to mention again that I
now own the Codex Seraphinianvs. I said it before, but I don't think anyone
read it. I was pretty excited about it.
