Thanks John and Gary for your thoughtful suggestions.  I think 'domain' fits
the bill perfectly (and am a little annoyed that I didn't think of it
myself!), and shall begin using it straight away.

PS Telona is mutating still, but remains true to its allnoun-plus-operators
syntax and its characteristic binary-tree syntax with obligatory
