One: switch to LaTeX ;))) . Anyway, as soon as you enter the realm of accents,
you leave the ASCII territory and there is no single standard there, so there
will always be someone to have trouble to read what you write, especially if
you need strange letter-diacritic combination. So just screw up standards and
do whatever you want (LaTeX will always be able to follow ;)) ) and just make
an ASCII transliteration for e-mail :) .
