In the fall, if all goes well, I'll be taking Japanese 1 and Yoruba 1 in the same semester. (I'm expecting Japanese 1 to be easy.) I expect that will result in a charming Japano-African-European patios<< Hehe... That should be interesting... Yoruba? Coolness. Where can you learn something like that, that's what I wanna know. At the university I'm planning on going to, I think the most far-out language there is Basque. Of course, it's part of a Basque Cultural Studies, and I've heard it's one of the better Basque programs, at least in this part of the globe... As for mixing up languages, I can't say I've done that, since I only know English and am not even close to fluency in French, much to my own dismay... ===== The Aquamarine Demon "All religion, my friend, is simply evolved out of fraud, fear, greed, imagination, and poetry." -Edgar Allan Poe "It ain't the parts of the Bible that I can't understand that bother me, it is the parts that I do understand." -Mark Twain __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
