For me, "with her" is /wIDR/ whereas "wither" is /'wiDR/, so the contrast
is stress, not voice.
In many dialects, also (but not for me), ether / either is [iTR] / [AiDR].
Still, it makes more sense than the heng phoneme, which is realized
as [h] in onsets and [N] in codas ....
