Interesting. My church does a part of the Pentecost story in a number of languages on Pentecost. Also, my church back home used to have periodic German-language services. Our pastor has moved on to another congregation, and, at least while we have an interim pastor, we have no German-language services; I think fluency in German is one of our requirements for the new pastor. Anyways, both my church here and back home do occasional songs in other languages, usually Latin or Greek. -- "Old linguists never die - they just come to voiceless stops." - anonymous http://members.tripod.com/~Nik_Taylor/X-Files http://members.tripod.com/~Nik_Taylor/Books.html ICQ: 18656696 AIM Screen-Name: NikTailor
