I doubt you and I would agree on any details of religion, but I think we're
on the same page here. If only more people would go this way...
For me, at least, "religion" [1] is a relationship between myself and God,
so it only follows that this is just a personal thing.
[1] I use the word in quotes here because I'm never exactly sure what people
are thinking of when they here the word. For some it means ritual, others
it means a set of beliefs, and yet others consider it prescriptions for
behavior.
