I should perhaps have pointed out long ago in this thread that in my
handwriting, the difference between cursive and printed pretty much only
applies to lower case. For upper case, the only difference is that in cursive
some of the letters connect with a following lower case letter.

A special case is capital "A". It connects to the "n" of _ndreas_, but not to
enything else.
