We don't "don't give" anything in French to mean "I don't care about". The different expressions (from "slightly rude" to "extremely rude") I can think of are: J'en ai rien à faire/battre J'en ai rien à foutre / J'm'en balance J'm'en bats les couilles (very very rude :) ) I won't dare translate them :) . Of course, as usual in French, every one can invent around those basic phrases (I think that's why Foreigners think French people have a very wide and colourful lexicon for insulting, just because we invent new insults every day :)) by working around all the insults we already know), so you can hear something like: J'm'en bats les couilles avec une tapette à mouches. :)) For insults, in French, the longer, the better :)) .
