Well, the original Yugoslavian name may have had a hacek, but he's not
Yugoslavian/Serbian/Croatian; he's the son of Canadian immigrants from
Yugoslavia. I would be surprised if the family kept the hacek in the
English spelling of their name.
But also I don't know why they would replace the final <č> with <ch> and not
replace the <Ž> with <Zh>.
