Now, as I guess you know, calculators are more addictive than crack. The
only way to ween somebody off is to force them to do alot of calculation
without one (they do that when you arrive at Uni here), and it only takes a
day or two to be dependent again.

Prediction: In the future, people'll be so addicted to electronics that
they'll die if exposed to a space free from EM fields for more than couple
of minutes.
