Language building

Thanks everybody for your explanations.

I don't know nothing about phonetics , and I entered to Pablo Flores' page, but
I didn't understand the phonetics.

I'd be so gald if somebody can explain me.

Now I was thinking and I want a language without signs like ë þ, I preffer a language like dutch.

Please, If somebody speaks spanish , please , answer me.

I speak english , but It makes me a little hard to read some words.
