Yeah, I think John just accidentally left out a couple of the
prepositions.
Which, of course, aren't actually prepositions in this context. :)
But while your version makes grammatical sense, it's the sort of
deliberate extensio ad absurdum up with which I do not put. :) The more
natural way of saying that in my 'lect would be "Why did you bring up
that book about Down Under that I don't want to be read to out of?"
which ends in a mere three prefauxsitions.
