Okay, here it is finally in Ikanirae Seru.

Why pick a pun sentence for translation?  When the pun gets lost in
translation, the sentence sounds kind of odd.

> 3. anarchist
(an) anarchy: kekoarairae (keko = no, none; arai = person;
-rae is a suffix denoting "organizational unit lead by"; e.g. ikani =
king, so ikani-rae = kingdom;  ataya = god, so ataya-rae = theocracy;
asio = parent, and asio-rae is a term that can be used for family.  So
kekoarairae is literally a "organizational unit lead by no one")

This translation is a bit over-literal -  it sounds like it's talking
about a government's language-control laws - what words are allowed to
be  used and such.

I take "it" to be my finger, and translate it with the animate form,
which is always used for body parts.

Too much of a bother...  I really don't feel like trying to figure out
what to do with "despite".
