NATLANG ruki-rule in Slavic

A question for all you who know Slavic historical phonology:

I know that Slavic is a ruki-language, i.e. there is an early
shift *s > S > x after any of the sounds *r *u *k *i.

But what happens if the *s preceded a consonant, and in
particular *p *t *k.  I suspect we don't get
xp xt xk in those cases!
