Suzette Haden Elgin attempted something similar a couple of decades ago with
her auxlang Láadan /laadan/ ["la:_Fdan], though her aproach was more limited
to making every noun default to female and requiring a suffix to make it
male.
e.g.
- 'with' [wIT] /woman,person/
- 'withid' [wIT.Id] /man/
