You've never seen me eating ;))) . I mainly use the knife not to cut, but to
push. I use my fork as much as possible, even to cut! Also, using a fork in
your left hand when you only have a fork is *strictly* left-handed. I've never
seen anyone who is right-handed using a fork in their left hand when their
right hand is free (i.e. there's no knife around).
