While I do use the knife quite alot when eating, say, meat, I'd consider mainly using the left hand when eating with fork and knife the normal right- handed way. I may use the knife not at all when eating, say, maccaroni (that's to say, I'm stupdily holding it motionless in right hand). I'll happily concede I'm probably the odder one on this, but by your description sounds perfectly right-handed to me. My right hand has quite a bit better motorics than my left one, but eating doesn't really require any great motorics. [snip]

Ah, well, this tests works better on me that what I and Mr Cowan thought you meant. Andreas
