Actually, it's already Sai who can determine where to send replies:
the default for this list is to post to the list, and by setting the
Reply-To header to your own address, he'd get most replies (unless
changed again) privately.

In your question, Sai, you set the Reply-To to your own address,
suggesting you want private replies.  Thus if you don't, it's easiest
to not set it so that replies go to the list.
