Glottal stops, possibly. Clicks, extremely doubtful.

The University of Utah press published a revised version of Willem de
Reuse's dissertation, a grammar of Siberian Yupik. There's lots of data
on borrowings and lg contact as well.

Look for stuff by James Kari on Athabaskan languages.
